Tour Plan
Arrive Srinagar at airport/Railway Station. On arrival meet and greet by our representative & transferred to hotel. On arrival check in hotel. Overnight stay at Srinagar Hotel.
Morning after breakfast by 09 am get ready for the full day excursion of Srinagar. Visit the famous nigeen lake, Mughal Garden, Nishat Garden known as ‘Garden of pleasure’ built in 16th century (1633) by Mughal King Asif Khan. Nishat Bagh is a terraced Mughal garden built on the eastern side of the Dal Lake,. It is the second largest Mughal garden in the Kashmir Valley. The largest in size is the Shalimar Bagh, which is also located on the bank of the Dal Lake. ‘Nishat Bagh’ is Urdu, which means "Garden of Joy," "Garden of Gladness" and "Garden of Delight. Then visit to Shalimar Garden known as ‘Garden of love’ built in 16th century (1619) by Mughal King Jahangir for his beloved wife Noor Jahan or (Mehr-un-Nissa). The garden is considered the high point of Mughal horticulture. It is now a public park ,Chashmi-e Shahi (The Royal Spring), pari mahal , Shankaracharya temple ,Dargha sheeraf.. Evening leisure. Evening back to Hotel for night stay.
After breakfast will proceed to Gulmarg by 09am. Gulmarg is one of the most beautiful resorts in the valley and move after the Meadow of flowers and much more, visit the places like Lord Shiva temple, world’s highest Golf Course, the Gulmarg Club, St Mary Church and Children’s park etc. Late get ready for Asia's highest and longest cable car project, the Gulmarg Gondola. The two-stage ropeway ferries about 600 people per hour to and from Kongdori Mountain, a shoulder of nearby Affarwat Peak (own cost) (4,200 m (13,780 ft). You can also try skiing on your own & many more activities like Snow sledging, tube-ride, horse ride etc.
Dinner & Overnight stay at Srinagar.
After breakfast drive to Kargil en route you visit the most beautiful Sonmarg (2740 Mtrs) you will driver through rough road and wet Zojila pass 3527 Mtrs (Gateway of Ladakh).place link Drass, Tiger Hill, Stay overnight at Hotel in Kargil.
After breakfast proceed to Leh. Enroute visit Lamayuru, Gurudwara Patthar Sahib, Magnetic Hill, Sangam, Spituk Monastery. And evening visit hall of fame.The Sangam is the place called Nimu where the Zanskar River and Indus rivers merge At Sangam you can enjoy the view of confluence of two river (Indus& Zanskar River).Hall of Fame is a must visit for every patriotic Indian. It has been built by Indian army in memory of soldiers who lost their lives in Kargil war.
Gurudwara Patthar Sahib located at a distance of 40 kms from Leh, was constructed in 1571, in memory of Guru Nanak to commemorate his visit to this region.
Magnetic Hill is the place where you will see your car, with its engine turned off, move upwards on a steep slope. It almost sounds unbelievable. . In the evening come back to Leh. Stay Overnight at Leh.
After breakfast explore Leh covering with Thiksey Monastery, Shey Palace & Rancho School.
And after lunch visit Shanti Stupa, Leh Palace and Leh Main Market. After visiting above places we drive back to Leh hotel. Overnight stay at Leh. Shey Palace – Shay Palace is situated approx. 15 km south upstream from Leh and was built 1650. It has the largest Changchup erected as a Buddhist shrine and they are seen all over.Thiksey Monastery - One of the inside the Thiksey Monastery is the Maitreya Buddha. The statue is almost two stories tall and is a splendid main attractions piece of architecture.
Stay Overnight at Hotel.
Early morning, leave on road to Nubra Valley via Khardongla Pass which is situated at a height of 18380 ft and considered as the highest motor able pass of the world and it is the perfect spot to capture the Mother Nature. In the afternoon, after having your lunch visit Maitreya Buddha. Which is prime attraction on Nubra valley. Then Check in to your scheduled hotel. Nubra has acquired fame for its sand dunes, the cold desert that surrounds it, Bactrian camels and its breathtaking natural beauty.Bactrian camels are another attraction. Native to the steppes of central Asia, the Bactrian camel has two humps, in contrast to the single-humped camels found in Rajasthan and other parts of India. The Bactrian camels were the main mode of transport when Ladakh was an important stopover on the Ancient trade routes with Central Asia. Evening enjoy the beauty of sand dune and double hump camel. Stay overnight at Nubra.
After Breakfast drive to Turtuk, and a lot of other small villages, were brought under Indian control after the 1971 war, when the Indian army pushed the Pakistan soldiers past the mountains towering the Nubra Valley. Turtuk lies at the extreme corner of the Indian border, and hence its accessibility is the challenge. Due to treacherous roads and sensitive army base camps, permits were not issued to Indian civilians until late 2010. Although the roads are marred by landslides and shooting stones, the 3hour drive from Hunder to Turtuk is nothing less than exceptional. Throughout the journey, one has the company of Shyok, as well as the vistas, that define the barrenness which is characteristic to Ladakh. After visiting we drive to back to Nubra. Overnight stay at Nubra.
Today after your breakfast proceed to Pangong Lake via Shayok. The Pangong Lake is around 135 kilometers away from Leh and situated at an elevation of 4,400 meters. En route, cross Chang la pass and drive through Durbuk and Tangtse village situated in the Changthang region of Ladakh.In the afternoon, explore the lake and its surroundings. Experience the Hypnotic & Picturesque Beauty of Pangong Tso Lake. Stay Overnight at Pangong .
Early morning after breakfast, you will drive back to Leh via Changla Pass. The Chang La pass is a high mountain pass in Ladakh, India. It is claimed to be the third highest motor-able road in the world. Chang La is approached from Leh via Kharu and Sakti village by an asphalt road. The climb is very steep and requires a careful drive. On arrival check in hotel. Day free for leisure.
In the morning, you'll be escorted to Kushok Bakula airport to catch flight for onward destination with sweet memories of Ladakh to cherish throughout life
